Micro green farmers

Not everyone has the desire to be a micro green farmer. Or a green thumb. Every farmers market usually has a SPROUT vendor, which is the same as a micro green farmer.

As with any cooking project, I use our liquid soap for all of my dish and vegetable washing, specifically because it's kind to my hands and leaves no residue or taste behind. It is very important to taste the food instead of dish detergent.
