It's officially Winter, here in Ithaca, NY, and in the Northern Hemisphere, now that we have passed the Winter Solstice. We will get about 90 seconds more daylight each day through January, increasing to about 2.5 minutes in February, which coincide with the coldest months of the year.

This is the perfect time for long hot baths, sauna's, cooking and sharing with family and friends, and planning your next year's dreams and goals.

Natural plant dyeing
